Feature requests

1. Free Feature Requests
Users can suggest any improvements to OPTIMUS. Each request is evaluated based on its usefulness, technical feasibility, and impact on the overall product. The decision whether and when to implement a request rests with the developer.

Once implemented, the feature becomes part of the standard OPTIMUS version and is maintained under the same support policy as the rest of the product. Standard subscribers' requests are prioritized. Send a request

2. Sponsored Development
Users can offer to fund the development of a proposed feature or improvement.
Each request is evaluated for technical feasibility, relevance to OPTIMUS, and long-term maintenance implications. Funding does not automatically guarantee acceptance, implementation, or a delivery date. Specific commitments, including scope, cost, and schedule, must be agreed upon separately before development begins.

3. Financial Support
Users can voluntarily contribute to the continued development of OPTIMUS without funding a specific feature or requiring a particular outcome.
Contributions help support ongoing development and may make it possible to implement improvements that would otherwise be postponed.

How do I get my license?
  • The license is delivered by email to the address you provide, so use a valid one.
  • Payment details are shown at checkout.
What happens after 12 months?
  • Renewal price is available until 30 days after expiration, then the regular price applies. We remind you 30 and 14 days before expiration.
  • If you do not renew, OPTIMUS keeps working in unlicense mode (single-user).
Can I install it on any computer?
  • Yes. Copy and install it on any number of computers, anywhere.
  • Each organizer needs their own license. A license cannot be transferred to another person or organization, subleased or resold.
Can I get a refund?
  • No, payments are not refunded. Download OPTIMUS and test it for free, without limits, before you buy.
Who owns the software?
  • OPTIMUS remains the intellectual property of its author. A license gives you the right to use it, not to own or redistribute it.
